When considered premature, what dangers lie, what impact has stopped?
Early Menopause believe that a woman has her period stops at the age of 44 years. The European average for menopause is 51 years.
Premature menopause can occur due to:
· Surgical removal of ovaries
· Chemotherapy and radiation due to malignancy
Hormonal disorders;
· Genetic and hereditary reasons
It is generally believed that the last reason probably has to do with genes inherited from the mother. If a woman has early menopause, it is the duty of the obstetrician to inform the impact that may exist in the future reproductive capacity of daughter. Unfortunately it has not yet given a clear answer on gene cause early menopause as a result we have limited ways of anticipation. It can periodically check hormone levels and to observe the possible aggravation.
How reversal of early menopause does not exist. On the prevention of premature menopause, it has no place in radiation therapy and chemotherapy. We can - and must-have to protect the ovaries using specific drugs and also we can move on to freezing ovarian tissue by laparoscopy or egg freezing. The egg freezing and ovarian tissue have dramatically improved success rates in recent years due to the new method of freezing with vitrification-vitrification.
The same technique of egg freezing at an early age, we can recommend in some cases with a strong family history of early menopause
The problems caused by premature menopause are:
Infertility;
Osteoporosis;
· Atrophy and dryness of the vagina and vulva
Cardiovascular problems;
Disturbances in libido;
Psychological disorders;
Besides infertility, all the above problems are easily treated with hormone replacement therapy.
Infertility, however, inevitable, relates to the inability of the ovaries to produce eggs. In such a case the only realistic option is IVF using donor eggs. Egg donation is a process of IVF perfectly legitimate and extremely success rates.
